This robot vacuum-mop makes a great option for apartment dwellers as it has smaller docking systems and has its own garbage bin. The app lets you set different modes and monitor cleans and mopping. The mopping feature is awe-inspiring.
Its mapping, obstacle avoidance and mops are impressive. It picks up pet hair, spills and dirt. It also self-empties and cleans and re-fills its tank.
Roomba Combo from iRobot
The iRobot Combo adds mopping to the already impressive vacuuming capabilities of the robot. The iRobotCombo can't replace our Editors' Choice winner, the Deebot X1 Omni. It is more efficient at cleaning, and comes with an app for mobile devices that is more user-friendly but it's an excellent alternative. It consistently picked up dirt from carpets and hard floors. Its obstacle avoidance isn't as advanced as other systems, such as LiDAR and structured light, but it still is able to avoid most collisions.
The Combo features most of the same features as the j7 Plus, including new onboard acoustic sensors to determine floor type and AI-powered navigation. However, it isn't able to set suction power manually. It's also slightly less compact than the vac-only version and doesn't include a self-emptying dock.
Based on my experience I have found that the Combo is a great choice for homes with a lot of space and its sleek design is easily one of the best in the market. remote hoover is more sophisticated than the metallic or glossy finishes of the majority of competitors. iRobot also adds some more elegant features, such as the leather tab to open the bin on board and a shelf that can hold bags in the dock. The iRobot Combo also makes it easy to create maps of your home, as well as to create Keep-Out Zones, No-Mop Zones and Clean Zones.
